You will also have the opportunity to get ready with your attendants in the fairytale bridal cottage with vintage furniture and natural light to take your amazing pictures!
Ideally located smack dab in the middle of Dallas and Shreveport, just outside of Tyler. Our venue offers easy access to Highway 20 but still has a secluded feel. Several hotels are available just minutes away to accommodate your guests who are not local.

Meet the Delafield Family!
We stumbled into this dream of being Venue owners! Married in 2005, Mike and Kelly and their 4 boys (yes ALL boys!) began their wedding industry journey as Karaoke hosts/DJ's in Arizona. They wanted to expand their dreams and build something bigger and more sustaining and started looking at properties to build a venue on. After months of agonizing searching Kelly's mom actually found this property, already partially built but under-utilized, on zillow. So, Mike and Kelly dragged the kids cross-country to view the property in person (with an extra stop at SeaWorld on the way home!) and immediately fell in love! After a long- and arduous- process we got keys to our new home and business on Nov. 15, 2017.
With Mike's background in construction and hospitality (he is currently an RN) and Kelly's background in Theatre, they are able to make every event run smoothly. And with 4 strong, amazing, smart, handsome (and goofy-see the pic for proof) boys, they have all the help they need moving tables and chairs!
When you book here, you are not just another couple getting married, you are part of the family.
5 years later....
Look how big these boys have gotten! We're still here, made it through covid, renovations, a snowpocalypse and a harsh drought!
We love it here in Texas and are loving weddings still. We've got a lot more experience under our belts and are ready to jump in and help make your day perfect!
